1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Time Post (timepost.ie), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Time Post is operated by Axion Web Studio Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (CRO Number: 797850).

2. Service Description

The Time Post is a digital time capsule service that allows users to write letters, record video messages, and attach photos to be delivered to specified recipients at future dates via email.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to use our service
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Time Post to:

• Send illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send spam or unsolicited messages to recipients who have not consented
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Pricing and Payments

• New users receive 3 free text-only letters
• Additional letters cost EUR 0.99 each
• Video messages cost an additional EUR 1.99
• Photo attachments cost an additional EUR 0.99
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices may change with notice; existing scheduled letters are not affected

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once a letter has been scheduled. If your letter fails to deliver due to a technical error on our part, you may request a refund or rescheduling by contacting support@timepost.ie within 30 days.

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering your time capsules.

8. Delivery

We make every effort to deliver letters on the scheduled date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to email service issues, spam filters, or invalid recipient email addresses.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Time Post is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Scheduled letters may be affected by account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
